Hometown

I haven’t been home for Chinese New Year with my family for seven years. When I was back this time, I could sensitively feel that all the people from my childhood have aged. However, the way they make me feel and the way they look in my memory never changes. The wheat field that I was so familiar with when I was young, it became so strange and novel.

I still remember there are a pair of twins in the west part of the town. Some family told me not to get close to them because they are kind of weird. This time I went back but I couldn’t find them. Without remembering their name and looks, nobody knew where do they go, whether they are still on this planet.
